The first aromas that hit the nose are almost reminiscent of a white Châteauneuf du Pape and already reveal the grandiosity with which this wine will present itself. The silky texture and density mix with a green melon that has been kissed by the sun for a little too long and the delicate exotic eucalyptus tones, which gently dance down the palate in connection with the enchanting extract sweetness and final butteriness. This third cuvée Unartig from 2018 now shines completely adult in the perfection of its being.

Opened for a while, you can now see a mixture of a classically cooked onion soup and a little sweat under the armpits. But not on the palate. Despite a very noticeable change, the cuvée continues to strut confidently with its exoticism, fruitiness and the texture of the Rhône in the direction of the senses and seduces with its play of classical music and art to every further sip. A naughty, unusual cuvée that wants to inspire at any price and that honestly admittedly succeeds.
