»… the grapes have been kissed by the sun a little longer.«
Exotic meets classic. At the beginning, buttered pastries are lavish but at the same time incredibly dry. The champagne is a bit thicker and wider than the others with a very subtle perlage that dissolves.
We experience a tension between the creaminess and yellow exoticism of the passion fruit. This creates an extract-rich interplay of crisp acidity and freshness. 2009 was an intense vintage for Champagne. Chubby, denser and texturally broader, it reveals a distinct fruit.
This is clearly exotic with its wild fruits, passion fruit acid and buttery texture. You can immediately taste that the grapes have been kissed by the sun a little longer.
